JC Penney threw a party for Charlotte Ronson to celebrate her I Heart Ronson collection for the department store. It was held over the weekend at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. Guests dined on BBQ chicken and mac-n-cheese, ate sweets such as cotton candy, danced with models, and shopped the new line of juniors clothing."Family is absolutely what makes me happiest," Charlotte gushed as she wiped her brow in the bayou-like heat. Her sister Samantha Ronson was the first to arrive, making a b-line for the DJ booth where she would join her brother Mark. Celebrity guests at the promotional event included Hilary Duff, Sophia Bush, and alas, not Lindsey Lohan.
