(NEW YORK) "I'd like to think of it as a modern-age scrapbook," said Jason Wu of his newly-relaunched new site, www.thewstudio.com. "The business has grown tremendously over the last few years, and I think our new home just needed to be more in-depth, more interactive, and more fun." The new online destination includes a regularly-updated blog, exclusive behind-the-scenes videos that highlight Wu's recent collaboration with Alex de Betak on Spring 2010 collection, and a backstage gallery from photographer Greg Kessler.

But even though Wu has a blog up on the site, the designer admitted to being a bit behind on the fashion blog circuit. "I don't have tons of time, so I have to read The Daily because it encompasses everything," he conceded. "But our portal is about keeping track of the girls that we dress in a fast information day and age." As for e-commerce? "It's something that we've talked about, but I think we're just scratching the surface. Sometime in the future," Wu concluded. Stay tuned.
