My partner in crime "Alicia" and I were tired of cooking; making sandwiches, so we headed downtown to our new favorite spot, Burrito Bar and Kitchen. They offer a crazy mix of strawberry lemonade that is made with real honey, no sugar and this delicious tasting guacamole. Mmm, mmm, good.However, due to my lack of personal funds, but never ending resources, I will be enlisting my 13 year-old niece to make that dip , while her little sister cuts up the tomatoes to go with the plantain chips.
